We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from PokeTower. If something isn’t right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We cannot accept returns on opened or damaged trading card products.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Support@Poketower.Online or call us at (315) 594-9071 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
